Volunteer

One of the ways you can volunteer is by encouraging the participants and help make the International Award a success.

Award leaders help mentor participants by overseeing the activities, verifying their work and helping carry out the adventurous journey.

Adults who can spare some time to help our Award Leaders run a group can be a volunteer. You may also give general support to the Award office, help run one section, give specific training, assist with fundraising/resource mobilization, capacity building, can be activity coaches, assessors, adventurous journey supervisors etc.

Whilst not all volunteers will be involved in the detailed running of programs everyone needs to ensure continuity throughout, share responsibilities and maintain the overall quality of the Award experience.
