At the Award we believe in Partnerships.
The Award equips young people with the skills they need for life regardless of their background, culture, physical ability or interests. On an individual level this can make a transformational difference to a young person’s life; on a collective basis, it has the power to bring significant change to wider society.
We work with many different organisations to help deliver the Award in Nigeria. The Award works in tandem at a national level with partners ranging from youth organisations, schools, to institutions, to religious centres, to multi-national corporations, in order to recognize and celebrate the achievements of young people.
Topacademia Consult Limited is a team of dedicated professionals, that offer guidance services for young people and teachers in schools and their communities.
Running with our goal of making the Award accessible to every young person in Nigeria, the International Award for young people Nigeria conducted an induction and training in Kwara State for Topacademia Consult limited, and have licensed them as an Operating Partner of The International Award for Young People Nigeria.
The license will give Topacademia Consult Limited the power to carry out the Award operations in the whole of Kwara State.
The Award is not a separate youth movement but rather a framework that can be aligned to many existing youth activities, or any organization were young people are found, and as such Topacademia’s engagement with young people will avail them the opportunity to scale up their professional guidance to more young people in kwara State.
We trust that this will create an easy access for Young People in Kwara State to get involved with the Award as they will be equiped with skills needed to succeed in life.
Aside from guiding young people to make the best out of life and to be well-rounded, Topacadmeia Consult Limited are using the Award framework to add value to their existing programmes and to the young people of Kwara State.
